Oldie but goodie! This is my favorite small bites plate to make for family and friends. It's really easy and SUPER yummy!
For 24 brie bites:
1 sheet puff pastry
1/2 brie wheel
1/2 can whole cranberry sauce
Handful pecans
2-3 rosemary sprigs
Thaw the puff pastry and cut into 24 squares (I use a pizza cutter)
Place squares into a mini muffin tray
Cut the brie into cubes
Chop fresh rosemary and pecans
Add rosemary, brie, pecans, and about a half teaspoon of cranberry sauce to each pastry
Bake for about 15 minutes at 375 degrees
